Okay I'll say what no one says: betting on under-construction like DLF Arcade 68 for appreciation is a gamble. From my experience, real gains get eaten by delays, PLCs, and fit-out costs. People talk about lower initial price, but the total cost by possession often surprises. Godrej 101, being completed, offers immediate rental potential. You know what you're getting. Sure, entry price is higher, but data shows ready-to-move properties have more stable appreciation and better rental yields. For a 5-year horizon, the known entity wins. You start earning rent immediately, offsetting EMI. Is the under-construction discount truly worth the uncertainty? Change my mind.
DLF Arcade 68 mein genuinely rehne ka experience kaisa hai? Carpet area efficiency kaisi hai, yaar? Schools aur markets paas mein hain kya? Fed up of renting, ab apna ghar chahiye.
Fed up of renting now, finally taking the plunge. My landlord just hiked rent again. I'm looking at DLF Arcade 68. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya just good on paper? Carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Also, possession experience kaisa raha hai for others? On-time delivery ka track record kya hai?
DLF Arcade 68 — I'm looking at this project for my own home, not just for clients. I know builder tricks. Is it genuinely good for daily living? Are amenities useful? What about schools/markets nearby?
