Stumbled upon this video about DLF Central 67 SCO plots in Gurgaon. The location on Sohna Road near Golf Course Extension seems solid, especially with that 50,000+ local families footfall potential. They're talking about ~142 sq yd plots with B+G+4 config. I'm seriously considering one for office use. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai this is a good investment? Any real experiences with DLF SCOs or this specific project?

Since last Diwali I've been seriously looking for a flat in Gurgaon. My budget is around ₹2.95 Cr and I'm eyeing Paramount Luxury Golf Course Extension, it's ready-to-move. But then DLF Central 67 bhi dekha hai, woh abhi under construction hai. Honestly not sure if going for an ongoing project is a good idea for my first home. Builder ka track record matter karta hai, right? DLF ka naam toh hai, but under-construction risk ka kya? Kya Paramount mein better deal milegi long-term ke liye?
