Video mein amenities bhi achhi dikh rahi hain, especially the clubhouse aur green spaces. But I'm wondering, kya ground reality mein bhi sab itna perfect hai? Schools aur hospitals ka access kitna convenient hai wahan se? Anyone living there can confirm if the infrastructure is really that good?

Need your insights on DLF Park Place. Yeh video dekha jisme High Court ne DLF ko 11 acres RWA ko return karne ko bola hai. Gurugram mein properties waise hi expensive hain, especially DLF ki. Is news ke baad, kya aap logon ko lagta hai iski current pricing justified hai? Is the value for money still there for Park Place?

Since 2019 I've been eyeing upgrades from my current 2BHK in Sector 57. Thinking of a 3BHK, maybe a villa. Been looking at DLF Park Place and M3M St Andrews. Both are completed, which I prefer. M3M St Andrews ka price bahut high hai compared to DLF Park Place. Is that huge premium justified for 5-year appreciation, ya DLF will give better ROI? Floor plans ki quality aur usable space kisme zyada hai? Resale market mein kiska track record better hai?
