DLF Regency Park 1

Just watched this walkthrough of DLF Regency Park 2. The interiors look fantastic, pretty much move-in ready from the video. I'm really interested, but my main concern is always possession dates. What are people's experiences with DLF's project timelines in Gurgaon generally? Does anyone know if this specific project is on schedule? I'm worried about delays like I've seen with other builders.

DLF Regency Park 1 mein promised amenities ka kya scene hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 91, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan. Brochure mein sab kuch sahi lagta hai, but real-world experience kaisa hai? Like, clubhouse actually use hota hai ya just showpiece hai? And construction quality? After a year, cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Not sure if the price jump is worth it if the delivery isn't up to mark. Already have a home loan, so har penny matters, you know?

Just watched a video on a park-facing 4 BHK in DLF Phase 1, possibly Regency Park 1. The modern kitchen and private balconies looked really good. I'm considering a move to Gurugram and this location seems promising with schools and metro nearby. It's a big investment, so I'm a bit nervous. Has anyone here lived in DLF Regency Park 1? What's the real experience like, good or bad?
