Under-construction projects are a huge gamble. DLF The Arbour ka Mohali mein delivery track record kaisa hai? Itne crore laga ke stuck nahi hona. Resale potential kya lagta hai? Change my mind.
What's the real story with DLF The Arbour in Mohali, especially for end-users? I work in real estate, so I know how brochures can spin things, but buying for myself is totally different. I'm looking at the ₹9.59 Cr range there, and honestly, wondering if it's genuinely good for daily life or just looks great on paper. Are the amenities actually usable, or do they just add to the maintenance without much practical value? I'm thinking about family life, kids playing, not just a fancy gym that's always empty. Also, how are the noise levels and air quality there? Mohali can get pretty busy, and for that price, I'd expect some peace. Anyone living there already, can you share what the day-to-day is like? Is the community friendly, or does everyone keep to themselves? Trying to cut through the marketing jargon, just want honest opinions. Thanks!
What's the real capital appreciation for DLF The Arbour Mohali? That ₹9.59 Cr price is steep. Is the resale market actually liquid? Honestly, I'm nervous about exiting later.
DLF The Arbour Sohna mein dekha, price ₹9.59 Cr hai, which is quite a jump for us. My main concern is, genuinely rehne layak hai ya sirf paper pe acha lagta hai? Kids ka school admission next year hai, toh neighbourhood quality bahut important hai – acche schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Wife chahti hai society safe ho aur community vibe bhi achi ho, friendly environment milega ya sab isolated rehte hain? We need at least a 3BHK for our growing family, so daily convenience and safety are top priority. Is the actual living experience worth this price point, ya koi hidden issues hain jo brochure mein nahi dikhte? Thoda confused hoon.
Kya kisi ne DLF Arbour ka latest video dekha hai? Sector 63, Gurugram mein hai yeh project. They're asking ₹8.50 Cr onwards for a 4BHK+Utility, around 3956 sqft. Specs jaise low density, 85% open space, aur Zone 5 seismic structure toh impressive hain. But for an under-construction project with possession by 2029, isn't that a bit steep? What do you guys think about the value-for-money here?
