Anyone seen that video of the DLF The Belaire interiors in Gurgaon? They're showing off some seriously ultra-chic, automated spaces that can apparently go from party zone to serene resort. Looks super fancy, I'll admit. But my mind immediately goes to the cost. For DLF and that level of luxury, I bet the price per sqft is through the roof. Is all that tech and bespoke design truly worth the premium asking price? What's the community's take on the value for money for these kinds of properties in Gurgaon?
