My current house is getting too much to manage, so we're seriously looking at Dridha Prime in Noida. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. I'm wondering about the actual livability there for someone like us. Is it genuinely a good home? Also, what about the amenities? Are they well-maintained and actually useful daily, like the elevators and common areas? And what are the typical monthly maintenance charges? We're hoping for a friendly society vibe too. Any residents can share their experience?

Dridha Prime or Irish Platinum, Noida mein, which offers better ROI? Irish Platinum's price is crazy high! Dridha Prime seems more affordable. What do you think about the location of both?
