Kya aap logon ne bhi same experience kiya Earthcon Royal Green mein? Builder ne brochure mein sab clear mention kiya tha kya? I'm specifically worried about the monthly maintenance charges; they seem higher than what was initially indicated. What's the real monthly outflow for a 3BHK there? Did anyone successfully push back on these surprise costs during possession? Just trying to gauge if this is normal for Noida Extension or if I'm missing something.
