Eldeco Compact Apartment

Is Eldeco Compact Apartment actually good for daily living, or just looks nice in brochures? I'm currently in a 2BHK in GNIDA Sector Sigma 2, thinking of upgrading, but not sure if the price jump for a 3BHK here is worth it. Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. How are the amenities, are they actually usable or just for show? And what about the neighborhood vibe, are there good schools nearby for kids?
