Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord just hiked the rent again so I'm finally taking the plunge. Noida mein property dekh raha hoon, but stuck between Eldeco Residency Greens (ready) and A S Homes Apartment (under-construction). Eldeco ka price tag ₹2.47 Cr se shuru hai, while A S Homes ₹25.99 L se. Is that huge difference worth it for ready possession? Kya under-construction mein hidden costs, like PLC ya maintenance, make the total cost of ownership similar in the long run? Which one do you think has better appreciation potential in 5 years?
