Eldeco The Studio is ready, but Swaraj Homes is cheaper. Carpet area same hai kya? Investment ke liye kaunsa sahi rahega, honestly not sure. Any ideas?

Kids have moved out, and I'm selling my big house. Looking at smaller places in Noida. ACE Parkway looks good, ready to move, but it's pricey! Eldeco The Studio is way cheaper, but are those studio apartments too small? Honestly not sure if the amenities at Parkway are worth the extra crore. Change my mind. Is the carpet area enough in Eldeco? Maintenance costs? Disagree? Tell me why. Maybe I'm missing something. Resale of existing property is almost done.
