Ready-to-move DLF Phase 1: Your experience?

Just watched a video on that 7 BHK luxury villa in DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon. It's 502 sq yds with a pool and gym, looks amazing. The video says it's brand new and ready to move. Makes me wonder though, for other DLF luxury projects, do they usually stick to their possession timelines? Or is 'ready to move' sometimes a bit optimistic? Curious to hear if anyone has experience with their delivery schedule.
