I'm personally looking for a good investment or maybe even a place to live, so it's on my radar. Honestly, the video made it look pretty impressive. But I'm wondering if it's all it's cracked up to be. Are current residents happy? What's the ground reality there? Any hidden issues or great points I should know about before considering it further?

Came across this video on Emaar Urban Oasis, Sector 62. They're showing 3/4 BHK flats off Golf Course Extn. Looks decent, but it's an under-construction project. My main concern is always possession. Pata nahi Emaar ka track record kaisa hai for delivery. Like, do they usually stick to their RERA timelines for projects like these? Kisi aur ne Emaar ke under-construction projects mein invest kiya hai? Aapka experience kaisa raha with their delivery schedule?
