Found this video about Experion Elements in Sector 151. Luxury flats bata rahe hain, 3.6 Cr se shuru, with high-end amenities like EV charging. Sector 151 ab luxury segment mein shift ho raha hai. But Experion Developers ka track record kaisa hai? Noida mein inke past projects mein construction quality aur possession delays ka kya scene hai? Kisi ka experience hai inke saath? Itna bada investment hai, toh builder pe trust important hai. Kya in par bharosa kar sakte hain?
Hey everyone, saw this video on Experion Elements in Sector 45, Noida. Looks pretty swanky, with all those amenities like the bowling alley and spa. They're calling it ultra-luxury, but the prices seem pretty high. I'm wondering if the location justifies the cost? Anyone have insights into property values in that specific area of Noida? Is it really worth the premium they're asking compared to other options around?
I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida easily. Unnati Vesta Suites toh ready possession hai, right? But carpet area kam suna hai. Experion Elements mein delayed possession ka darr hai. Which one is better for rental income? Need property manager recs too. Change my mind.
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Saw Panchsheel Pratishtha is ready to move. Experion Elements looks nice, but under construction…worried about delays. Is the price jump to ready possession worth avoiding the risk? Carpet area seems similar. Thoughts?
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Dridha Elite is cheaper, but Experion Elements ka location better hai. Not sure about carpet area efficiency in either. Which one would give better rental returns? Or 5-year appreciation? What does the community think? Help me decide!
I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Been trying to figure out which project gives you more bang for your buck in Noida. I'm looking at Paramount Golfforeste Premium Apartments and Experion Elements. Golfforeste is ready to move, which is a plus, less risk of delays, right? But carpet area efficiency is key for me. I've heard some builders quote super area but the actual usable space is much less. Anyone compared the carpet area in these projects? Is it worth paying extra for Golfforeste's ready status, or does Elements offer more space for a similar price? Need a property manager if I invest. Any insights on rental potential in either? I'm also thinking about resale value down the line. Koi idea hai? I can't do a physical site visit. Hope this helps someone.
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Experion Elements looks good, but Panchsheel Pratishtha is ready to move. Is the carpet area in Elements really better? And is it worth the risk of waiting? Honestly not sure if the price jump is justified. Any opinions?
Dekha yeh video Experion Elements Sector 45 Noida pe. They are saying 3 BHK starts at 5.40 Cr! Seems pretty steep, even for Noida Expressway. Location wise okay hai, but is it really worth that much money? Anyone else looking at this project? What do you guys think about the pricing? Is there better value elsewhere in Noida?
Came across this video about Experion Elements in Sector 45, Noida. They're saying 3 & 4 BHKs start from around 6.3 Cr. Seems pretty steep, even for Noida. Location toh Noida Expressway ke paas hai, but is it really worth that much? Amenities ache hai like bowling alley and EV charging, but still... Anyone else looking at this project? What do you guys think about the value for money?
Spotted this video on Experion Elements in Noida. Those apartments look insane! Has anyone here actually been inside? My budget is around that range, and I'm seriously considering it. What's your take on Experion Developers? Is it worth the investment?
