But as a parent, I'm really worried about the ground reality. Kya yeh project genuinely good to live in daily hoga, ya sirf brochures mein achha lag raha hai? Amenities ki reality check chahiye. Kids ke liye pool, play area dikha rahe hain, but maintenance aur actual usage kaisa hai? My wife's priority hai ki achhe schools paas mein hon aur area safe ho baccho ke liye. Neighbourhood ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly community hai ya isolated? Should I consider it for a long-term family home?
Since I got possession last month, I've been thinking about the whole 'upcoming vs ongoing' debate. Everyone glorifies future appreciation on upcoming projects like Gaikwad Florio at ₹78L, but nobody talks about the mental stress, delays, and hidden PLC charges. Saheel Itrend Palacio, though ₹1.8 Cr, has certainty. Total cost of ownership for upcoming often blows up. Change my mind.
