Kya Golden Nest - 2 mein maintenance charges sabko itne high lag rahe hain? I got possession in March, aur jo brochure mein ₹2.5/sqft bola tha, ab ₹3.5/sqft se upar ja raha hai. RWA bhi abhi tak proper setup nahi hua, so kaun sa facility use ho raha, kaun sa nahi, kuch pata nahi. Honestly not sure if Gardenia Gardenia Gateway Phase I residents face similar issues with their society management and hidden costs. Koi bata sakta hai wahan ka experience?
