Kya aisi amenities se really premium pricing justify hoti hai, ya bas marketing hype hai? Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain. Power backup bhi sirf common areas ka dete hain, flat mein light jaati hai toh pura andhera. Kids ke school admission ke liye yahan shift hue the, but security ko lekar tension bani rehti hai.
