My main concern is the builder's delivery track record. Can anyone share real experiences on their timelines? Also, what's the capital appreciation been like since its launch? I'm worried about resale liquidity down the line. Will it be easy to offload this property in five to seven years, especially since I can't be there to manage it myself? Is the secondary market active enough, or will I be stuck?
