My current society ka clubhouse bas naam ka hai. Is the premium justified for facilities? High maintenance charges ka service quality se kya connection hai?

GC Homes DLF Luxury Floors – site visit kiya last week, construction quality pe thoda doubt hai. Renting se toh pak chuka hoon, ab apna ghar lena hai. Ek tip jo maine seekhi: builder jab details batata hai, ask them about the actual material used, not just the brand name. Like, wall cracks ya seepage, ye sab kitne common hain after a year? Clubhouse facilities dikhane mein mast hain, but baad mein maintenance charges kitne hote hain aur service kaisi milti hai? Matlab, actual usability kitni hai? Any real experiences on what gets delivered versus what was promised?
