Possession was in March, and I've been living in GCC Flora Avenue 88A for a couple of months now. Jab liya tha, price was around 1.6 Cr for a 3BHK. Honestly, investor perspective se, I'm trying to gauge the real ROI. Builder ka track record toh sahi tha, delivery on time, no issues there. But ab long-term appreciation ka kya scene hai, not sure. The resale market seems a bit slow, haven't seen many listings or quick movements. Rental yield bhi I'm seeing around 30-35k for a 2BHK, is that standard for Sector 88A? Lagta hai ki capital appreciation slow hai ya this is normal for a completed project? Anyone else invested here or nearby? What are your thoughts on exit strategy after 5 years, will it give good returns?
