₹3.5 Cr for M3M Xpressway 114 looks promising for a 3BHK, but I'm really trying to understand the actual livability for my kids. My wife's priority is safety and a good school nearby. The brochure amenities look great, but are they well-maintained and genuinely safe for children? Is the society friendly or isolated? It's near Dwarka Expressway, so commute isn't a huge worry, but what about the day-to-day feel? Any tips on doing a real check beyond the sales pitch? I want to know if it's genuinely a good home, not just good on paper.
₹1.5 lakh rent is too much, fed up of renting. Finally buying. Gurgaon mein M3M Xpressway 114 aur DLF Platinum Residences mein confusion hai. M3M ka price per sqft sahi lag raha, but total cost of ownership mein kya hidden hota hai? DLF ki high-end amenities actual mein kitni useful hain? Maintenance ka bhi tension hai. Suggestions?
Under-construction risk in Gurgaon is completely overblown for a good builder, I feel. I'm in Dubai, eyeing Signature Global City Phase 1 (ongoing) and Generous M3M Xpressway 114 (completed). My agent is pushing Signature for appreciation, but being ongoing, what's the actual possession timeline and OC status? I can't do a site visit. M3M Xpressway is ready, but it's much pricier. For a 4.5 Cr flat there, kya real rental potential hai? As an NRI, I'm worried about managing it from afar, finding a reliable property manager. Total cost of ownership, including all the hidden charges and ongoing maintenance, for both projects kitna ban jaayega? Should I even consider ongoing projects without being there?
Generous M3M Xpressway 114 ka price toh already sky-high hai, usme ab bhi 5-year appreciation ka scope hai kya? Signature Global City Phase 1 ka under-construction gamble better lagta hai, par builder ka delivery record kya hai? Ready-to-move ya under-construction, ROI kisme zyada milega? Change my mind.
