My lease ends in 3 months, seriously eyeing Gera's Avive Towers East, Kharadi. First home hai, 2BHK options theek lag rahe hain. But I'm worried about the actual living experience. Brochure mein amenities bohot saari hain, but kitni useful hain daily life mein? Kids play area, clubhouse, pool – are they well-maintained, actually used? Kharadi mein daily commute kaisa rehta hai, office hours mein? Genuinely good place hai ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai? Maintenance charges kya expect karu?
