The brochure pictures of Godrej Nest Phase 1 look amazing, but I'm wary of the ground reality. We're upgrading for the kids, need a 3BHK, so livability is key. Is it genuinely good for daily family life, or just good on paper? My wife's priority is a safe, friendly community vibe and good schools nearby. How are the actual amenities? Is the neighborhood really family-friendly, or just advertised that way? Any current residents can share their experience?
Did some deep dive research on Godrej Nest Phase 1 in Greater Noida. Project already completed hai, so possession ka tension nahi. I'm eyeing it for a smart investment, not end-use. Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai since launch? Has it moved well? Aur rental yield kitna mil raha hai realistically? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, 5-7 saal mein exit karna ho toh buyers mil jayenge easily? Investor ratio kaisa hai society mein? Any real experiences, please share.
