₹2.82 Cr for RG Mirage feels like a lot after years of renting. I'm comparing RG Mirage (UC) and Godrej Nest (ready). What's the *actual* price per sqft after all charges for both? Also, which has better carpet area efficiency, less wasted space? Need opinions.
Resale of our old property is almost done, and now for finding a new place in Noida. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at Godrej Nest, it's ready, toh society life aur RWA kaisa hai wahan? Antriksh Golf City ka kya scene hai, under-construction ka risk lena chahiye? Maintenance costs bhi important hain. Kya suggest karte ho for a manageable, peaceful flat?

Okay, I'm seriously confused between VVIP Addresses and Godrej Nest. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Godrej Nest is ready to move, sahi hai, but so expensive! Almost double VVIP Addresses. Is the higher maintenance worth it? I'm thinking smaller unit in Godrej Nest might be manageable. But VVIP Addresses has better connectivity. Not sure about the builder ka track record though. Any thoughts on resale value later? Hope someone can guide me.

Investors Aashiyana looks cheaper upfront, but Godrej Nest has way better carpet area efficiency. Matlab, you're actually getting more usable space for your money. Plus, Aashiyana is completed, so no risk of possession delays. But is the higher price of Godrej Nest worth it for the brand and amenities? What's your take?
