But honestly, kitna use hota hai yeh sab? Meri wife bolti hai, 'elevator theek se chal jaye aur paani regular aaye, wahi badi baat hai.' Maintenance charges bhi itne high hote hain, but for what? Half the promised amenities are usually ghost facilities ya fir broken after a year. Is it just me, ya builders promise the moon and give you a rock? Change my mind.
