Has anyone seen actual price appreciation for Goyal Orchid Nirvana 2 since its pre-launch? I invested expecting decent CAGR, but current market rates seem sluggish compared to initial projections. Builder ka delivery track record bhi thoda concerning lag raha hai for their other ongoing projects. My initial calculations for ROI are looking shaky now. Is Goyal known for these delays? What's the real story with possession? Thinking about my exit strategy, I'm genuinely frustrated. Koi aur bhi yehi problem face kar raha hai?
