Hindon Heights ka current pricing, from an investment POV, feels a bit stretched. I'm looking at a 3BHK, but not sure about its resale market liquidity in Ghaziabad. Kisi ne recent data check kiya hai? What's the real capital appreciation track record for this project? End-user vs investor ratio ka kya scene hai? Don't want a ghost society. Kya lagta hai, future ROI kitni milegi?
₹1.40 Cr for Hindon Heights — are we seriously paying this much for such small carpet areas? Honestly, I saw the 3BHK layout and was shocked. Brochure mein sab bada lagta hai but on paper, actual carpet area feels so cramped. My parents keep saying location important hai, but yaar, what's the point if you can't even move freely inside the flat? It feels like builders are just shrinking spaces and charging premium prices. Is it genuinely good for daily living or just good on paper for investment? I'm worried about the actual livability once possession mil jayegi. What was your possession experience like? Did you feel shortchanged on space? Everyone glorifies the location but nobody talks about the actual space crunch. I mean, for this price, I expect proper living space, not just a Ghaziabad address. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
Since January I've been eyeing Hindon Heights for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, I thought the amenities here would justify the ₹95L+ price tag. But I'm hearing stories about promised facilities like the club house or specific sports courts being either unfinished or coming with crazy extra charges after possession. It's frustrating when brochures show so much, but the reality is different. Did anyone who moved into Hindon Heights find this? What was your possession experience like regarding amenities? Is the price jump really worth these potential headaches?
