HK Roshini Homes

Got possession for HK Roshini Homes in March. Honestly, these hidden charges are ridiculous. Nobody mentioned the extra PLC for corner units, adding nearly 3L to my final cost. Monthly maintenance is also way higher than promised, almost double. Feels like a total bait and switch. Anyone else face this?

HK Roshini Homes mein, I'm genuinely fed up. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, woh bilkul different hain. Swimming pool hamesha band rehta hai, aur clubhouse ka maintenance itna high hai. Current 2BHK se upgrade kar raha tha, socha value milegi. Kya yeh price jump worth it hai for such issues? Koi aur faces these problems?
