Builder ka track record theek hai but the resale market seems dead slow. Kya actual rental yield 3% bhi nikal raha hai? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs. carpet area games. But buying for myself, I'm genuinely asking: who's actually buying these units at current prices for investment? Is the exit strategy clear for anyone? Change my mind.
