Elixir Windz is better located. But Investors Aashiyana is cheaper. Carpet area efficiency wise, which one is better? Anyone has first-hand experience? Parking allocated kaise hai?
Confused between Investors Aashiyana and Capital Green. Aashiyana looks cheaper, but carpet area kitna kam hoga? Capital Green is ready to move, but is it worth the premium? Samajh nahi aa raha.
I'm based in Dubai, looking at Noida property. Investors Aashiyana seems affordable, but Gulshan Bellina ka carpet area is supposedly better? Don't know which one gives better rental returns. Also, builder reputation matters a lot, right? Can't do site visits myself, so need your opinions. Which one, guys?
Investors Aashiyana looks cheaper upfront, but Godrej Nest has way better carpet area efficiency. Matlab, you're actually getting more usable space for your money. Plus, Aashiyana is completed, so no risk of possession delays. But is the higher price of Godrej Nest worth it for the brand and amenities? What's your take?
Currently in a 2BHK. Investors Aashiyana looks cheaper, but is Capital Green Avenue 74's ready-to-move status worth the extra cost? Concerned about hidden PLC charges and actual usable space.
Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my big house. Investors Aashiyana seems good for my budget. Gulshan Bellina is expensive, but is it worth the extra cost? Honestly not sure. Investors Aashiyana mein maintenance charges kam honge? I'm looking for something manageable and resale of my existing property is important. Which project has better resale value in the long run? Disagree? Tell me why.
