Possession for my 3BHK at Ireo Skyon was in March, and honestly, the reality versus brochure promises is jarring. The 'state-of-the-art clubhouse' is half-finished, and the swimming pool is always green, not blue. We're paying ₹18,000 for maintenance every month, but the gym equipment is often broken, and the 'multi-purpose hall' is just a dusty room. It feels like they just ticked boxes on paper, not actually delivered usable amenities. My kids' play area also looks unsafe with broken swings. Is anyone else at Ireo Skyon in Sohna facing this huge gap? What did you do to get the RWA or builder to actually deliver what was sold?
₹30k rent increase in two years, I'm finally taking the plunge in Sohna. Looking at Ireo Skyon. Site visit kiya, amenities list toh lambi hai, but I'm fed up of renting. Jo amenities promised hain, like clubhouse aur sports facilities, are they actually usable daily? Yaar, maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain. Is actual service quality worth it? Koi Ireo Skyon owner batao, amenities sirf brochure mein hain ya sach mein kaam ki hain? EMI vs rent math mein, I need to know if it's worth it.
Ireo Skyon's construction quality is seriously concerning for investors. Just moved into my unit in Sohna a couple months back. Honestly, cracks appearing, cheap fittings are shocking. This has to kill resale value and tenant attraction. Did anyone else face similar issues with Ireo Skyon? Half the promised amenities aren't even functional. Total nightmare for long-term ROI.
₹2.80 Cr–₹6.31 Cr for Ireo Skyon is a huge range, but honestly, is it even worth it for families? Everyone talks about its premium tag, but nobody really discusses daily life quality. My wife and I are looking for a 3BHK for our kids' school admission, and I'm just not convinced. Is the community vibe actually friendly, ya sirf show-off hai? I've heard mixed reviews on actual resident engagement beyond just the club facilities. We need good schools nearby, and easy access to markets, but the connectivity to main areas feels a bit off sometimes. Is it genuinely a good home with family-friendly amenities, or just good on paper? For this price, I expect a proper neighborhood feel, not just high walls. Change my mind.
Capital appreciation for Ireo Skyon feels unpredictable lately. Just got a unit. What's the realistic rental yield people are seeing? Is the resale market active for a 5-year exit?
Ireo Skyon ka actual carpet area dekhke kaun kaun disappoint hua hai? Humne socha tha ki kids move out ho gaye hain, toh ek compact 3BHK chalega, manageable hoga. But jab possession mila aur andar se dekha, it felt so much smaller than what the brochure aur sales team ne promise kiya tha. Matlab, ₹3 Cr se upar deke bhi itni kam usable space... I really thought the layout would be more efficient, especially for us seniors. Pura paisa waste ho gaya lag raha hai, honestly. Maintenance bhi itna high hai, aur usme bhi facilities itni khas nahi lagti. Mera purana ghar bechke yahan settle hone ka decision galat toh nahi tha? Is anyone else feeling this after moving in? What did you guys do about the carpet area discrepancy? Did you fight it?
Ireo Skyon Mohali — I'm looking at this project for my own ghar, not for a client. As someone jo real estate mein kaam karta hai, I know builders ke super area vs carpet area games. Yahan pe, the 3BHK layouts seem a bit... tight. Matlab, on paper it looks good but actual living space kitna efficient hai? Is the carpet area genuinely enough for a family, ya just numbers hain? Also, since this is completed, what's the resale value scenario like? For this price range (₹2.80 Cr onwards), are there better alternatives for an end-user in Mohali? And society ka vibe kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Kisi ne actual experience share karna hai? I'm honestly not sure if it's genuinely a good home or just a good investment option for others.
₹2.80 Cr for Ireo Skyon, aur Paramount Luxury Floor 63A ₹2.65 Cr ke around hai – but yaar, actual price per sqft ka kya scene hai? Builders jo rate batate hain, woh toh bas shuruwaat hoti hai, right? Mera budget ₹2.70 Cr tak hai for Mohali, but I'm super worried about total cost of ownership. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, maintenance deposit... kitna extra lag jaata hai actually? I mean, is the advertised price ever the real one? Also, Ireo Skyon ki amenities toh brochure mein badi fancy lagti hain, but kya woh sach mein use hoti hain daily? And Paramount 63A mein investor vs end-user ratio kaisa hai? Don't want to end up in a ghost society. Koi rehta hai yahan ya kisi ne invest kiya hai? Help please, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Ireo Skyon Mohali mein dekh raha tha, kids have moved out so don't need such a big place anymore. Thinking of selling current home and moving to a manageable flat. Is this project genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf fancy hai? Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, and is it worth it? Seniors ke liye proximity to hospitals and daily needs kitna convenient hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Koi rehta hai yahan, toh please share your experience. Hope this helps someone else too.
