Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities in brochures, but nobody talks about whether they're even functional post-possession. I'm currently in a 2BHK; thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here for ₹99L. My home loan already running, so this jump needs to be justified. The project delivery track record... is it really on time, ya sirf promises?
