My kids' school admission is next year, and honestly, moving into JC Studio Apartments has been a headache. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, woh bilkul different hain reality mein. Kids play area, swimming pool, sab almost non-functional ya poorly maintained. My wife's priority was a safe, active space for children, but yahan to kuch bhi nahi hai. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, par amenities ki quality zero. So frustrating! Is this common with completed projects like this in Noida Ext? Matlab, builders bas promise karte hain kya? Ya sirf humare saath hi aisa hua hai? Kya karein, RWA se baat karke bhi koi fayda nahi hua. Koi aur resident hai yahan se jisko same issues face ho rahe hain? How did you deal with it, especially for kids' activities?
₹28.90 lakh for JC Studio Apartments... is this price fair? Completed hai, but actual rental yield kitni milegi? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai, exit karna easy hoga kya? Thoughts?

The advertised price per sqft is always a marketing trick, it's never the final number. I'm looking at RG Mirage Tower M for a 3BHK, but the final cost after PLC, stamp duty, it's just insane, crosses 3.5 Cr easily. JC Studio Apartments, on the other hand, seems like a decent ready-to-move option at 28.90L. For rental yield, JC might be better given the lower entry point. But usable carpet area for a studio vs a proper 3BHK is a huge difference. Kya lagta hai, for a family, RG Mirage ka total cost justify hoga?
Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between The Antriksh IMA Golf Towers and JC Studio Apartments. Antriksh looks fancy, but what's the carpet area efficiency like, yaar? Has anyone actually measured it? JC Studio is ready to move, which is a huge plus, but is it worth the price considering the smaller size? I'm also thinking about resale value in 5 years.
