India's First Real Estate Community

Jewar, Jewar, Noida
My landlord increased rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Greater Noida. Jewar City Propert seems interesting, price-wise it's in my budget. But I need a reality check. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf on paper acha hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Aur society ka community vibe kaisa hai? Jo log yahaan rehte hain, please share your actual experience. Thinking about making this my home, so any honest advice would be super helpful.
Greater Noida's Jewar City Propert was a big bet for me last year. Got possession in March, but things nobody told me about the actual rental yield. I'm seeing around 3-4% ROI, which feels lower than projected. What's the resale market like here? Is there enough capital appreciation potential for a decent exit in 5-7 years?
My lease ends in 4 months, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Satya Villa ka total cost of ownership aur Jewar City Propert ka rental potential. Carpet area efficiency bhi dekhni hai. Kya buy karoon?
Godrej Nest ko sab log family ke liye best bolte hain, but iska actual society vibe kaisa hai? Kids ke liye playgrounds, safe environment sab hai ya sirf naam ka? Meri wife ko community feel chahiye. Is it really a place jahan children openly play without issues? Disagree? Tell me why.
Been looking for 6 months, it's confusing. Jewar City Propert vs Satya Villa in Greater Noida. Both completed. For a first-time buyer, which has better 5-year appreciation? What's their rental potential? Don't want a ghost society. Any insights on investor vs end-user ratio?
