JMS Group Silver Living

Okay, I'll say what no one says: brochure mein jo dikhate hain, woh kabhi milta nahi. Just moved into JMS Group Silver Living in Sohna last month. Promised ek dam top-class clubhouse tha, but abhi tak toh adha-adhura hi lag raha. Maintenance charges ka bill aa gaya, but services utni achi nahi lag rahi. Yaar, is this normal for Sohna projects? Disagree? Tell me why.

JMS Silver Living looks like another hyped 'upcoming' project. Upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 65. Are those fancy amenities truly useful for daily living? Or just a massive price jump for show? I doubt the community vibe will be real. Change my mind.
