₹1.6 lakh rent every month for a 3BHK in Bellandur, I'm finally done paying someone else's EMI. 2.5 saal ho gaye, ab toh apna ghar lena hi hai. Bohot builders dekhe, properties dekhi. Many felt like just concrete boxes, not homes. JRC Palladio dekha hai, completed project hai. Price range seems okay, around ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK, but carpet area efficiency ka thoda doubt hai. Jo floor plans online hain, are they really practical for daily living? Does it feel spacious ya cramped? Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai, schools aur markets aas paas hain kya? Society ka vibe friendly hai ya isolated? Is it genuinely a good home ya sirf good on paper for a family? Jo log rehte hain wahan, unka experience kaisa hai? Any red flags jo pata hon?
2.5 years after taking possession at JRC Palladio, I'm still wondering if we made the right move. Upgrading from a 2BHK, we paid ₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK, expecting top-tier amenities. The brochure showed a fully equipped clubhouse and swimming pool, but the reality is frustrating. The pool's often shut for 'maintenance,' and half the gym equipment is broken. Even the kids' play area feels neglected. We're paying huge maintenance charges, around ₹8k-9k monthly, but for what? Is this common with other completed projects in Bengaluru? Did anyone else face this with JRC Palladio specifically, or is it just our block? Honestly, feeling cheated by the glossy pictures.
