Is JRC Sanzio actually going to deliver on time, or am I being naive? I bought a 2BHK there for around ₹1.6 Cr, hoping for good capital appreciation. But ab builder ki delivery track record ko leke thodi tension ho rahi hai. Some people are saying JRC Projects often face delays. I'm worried about my ROI and exit strategy if possession gets pushed. Kya kisi aur ne bhi pre-launch mein liya tha? Was the price jump from pre-launch worth it given this uncertainty? Honestly, my parents keep saying I should've just gone for ready-to-move. What's the real scene for resale market liquidity later? Any practical advice on this project?
