Sohna keeps popping up for investment, especially JSS Emrald Hills Floors. Being in Dubai, I can't easily check things myself. For a 4BHK, what's the actual rental yield people are seeing there? More importantly, what about capital appreciation for a completed project like this? I'm mostly worried about the resale market. Is it liquid enough? Who buys these high-value flats in Sohna after 5-7 years? Need to ensure a clear exit strategy without major headaches.

I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting yaar, ₹5.90 Cr–₹8.19 Cr ka price tag hai, so it's a big investment. Kya ismein abhi bhi significant upside hai ROI ke liye ya most of the appreciation already ho chuki? I'm wondering about the real rental yield too. Brochure figures toh sab acchi batate hain, but Sohna mein 4BHK ke liye kitna rent expect kar sakte hain realistically? Aur iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, 5-7 saal baad agar exit karna pade, toh buyers milenge easily? Any owners or investors who can share their experience with JSS's track record for delivery?
