The 'all-inclusive' price builders quote is a complete joke, especially for projects like Kailash Tower. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game. They show you one figure, then BAM, PLC, IFMS, club membership... sab hidden. For Kailash Tower, I'm finding the actual total cost is way higher than what they initially tell you. It's frustrating, yaar. Jo log yahan reh rahe hain, what's your actual monthly outgo? Maintenance charges kitne hain, aur kya they're justified? Also, carpet area vs super area ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain, but actual flat mein space feel hoti hai kya? Did anyone else feel like they were constantly being nickel-and-dimed after booking? What did you do to manage those unexpected costs?
₹60 lakh for a 3BHK in Kailash Tower is what I'm looking at, but is it really worth it? Currently in a 2BHK near NH-24, thinking of upgrading. Already have a home loan so the EMI jump needs to make sense. On paper, Kailash Tower looks decent. But what's daily life like there? Is it genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? Are the schools and hospitals nearby actually good? And the community feel? Anyone living there who can share their honest experience? Is the price jump justified for the actual living quality?
Got possession of my 2BHK in Kailash Tower in March, aur honestly, bahot frustration ho rahi hai. Builder ne bola tha ki sab amenities ready honge, but swimming pool aur gym abhi tak functional nahi hain. Isse toh rental yield kaafi affect ho raha hai, koi tenant mil hi nahi raha. Pre-launch mein jo capital appreciation dikh raha tha, ab lagta hai sab bas paper pe tha. Resale market ka kya haal hai yahan? Koi aur bhi hai jo Kailash Tower mein invest kiya hai? Kya aapne bhi yeh problems face ki?
