Is Kasturi Balmoral Hillside's pricing really justified for a 3BHK upgrade? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Baner, thinking of moving up. Eon Homes ka floor plan theek lag raha hai for its price point. Balmoral ki amenities high-end hain, but price per sqft is a huge jump. What's the real rental potential for Balmoral given its premium? Aur Eon Homes mein floor plan efficiency kaisi hai, usable space kitni milti hai? Already home loan hai, is this price jump worth it for long-term investment ya sirf luxury?
Kasturi Eon Homes ka delivery track record kaisa hai, investors ke liye? Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Builder ka past projects time pe deliver hue hain? Real capital appreciation aur exit strategy kya hai?
₹1.1 Cr for Kasturi Eon Homes was a big decision. Just moved in. My hack: amenities ka real picture builder ke maintenance team se confirm karo. Operational hours, actual crowd, yeh sab brochure mein nahi hota. Pool timings ya gym kitna useful hai, tab pata chalta hai. Hope this helps!
Since last Diwali, I've been looking for a flat in Pune. Kids have moved out, so we need something manageable, low maintenance. My existing property ki resale se fund karna hai. Everyone glorifies ready-to-move for peace of mind, but nobody talks about the insane premium. Wisdom Park, 3 crore ka, versus Kasturi Eon Homes, which is barely 1.2 crore. Matlab, is that 1.8 crore just for no waiting? Seriously? I'm thinking, under-construction mein delays ka risk hai, okay, but total cost of ownership, including stamp duty and interiors, Kasturi mein bahut kam padega. Wisdom Park mein, that price tag means high maintenance and maybe more investors than end-users. Ghost society ka dar hai. Change my mind, is Wisdom Park ki ready possession worth that much extra?
