Brochure mein jo amenities dikhte hain, like clubhouse and all, woh sach mein use hote hain ya bas showpiece hain? Suna hai kuch projects mein 1-2 saal mein hi seepage ya fittings ke issues aate hain. Maintenance charges bhi bilkul high nahi chahiye. Am I thinking too much?

₹1.1 Cr for Kasturi Eon Homes was a big decision. Just moved in. My hack: amenities ka real picture builder ke maintenance team se confirm karo. Operational hours, actual crowd, yeh sab brochure mein nahi hota. Pool timings ya gym kitna useful hai, tab pata chalta hai. Hope this helps!

Wisdom Park mein, that price tag means high maintenance and maybe more investors than end-users. Ghost society ka dar hai. Change my mind, is Wisdom Park ki ready possession worth that much extra?
