Umiya Kailash Regency mein invest karna sahi hoga kya? I'm looking at it and Kohinoor Apartment in New Delhi. Kohinoor ready hai, but uska carpet area thoda kam lag raha for the 1.55 Cr price tag. Umiya Kailash under-construction hai, possession kab tak milega, pata nahi. My parents keep saying ready property lo, par future appreciation kismein better milegi? Kya Umiya Kailash mein risk zyada hai? First property hai, honestly not sure.
₹1.55 Cr for Kohinoor Apartment felt like a fair deal initially, especially after selling our big house in Dwarka. My kids have moved out, you know, so we just wanted a compact, manageable place with an elevator and decent society. But honestly, the maintenance charges are becoming a huge headache. They quoted one figure, and now it's way higher, plus extra for things that were supposed to be included. The gym equipment is always broken, and the 'community hall' is barely used for anything useful. Is it just me, or do builders always lowball these figures? We need proximity to a good hospital, and the brochure promised that, but the nearest one isn't great. Should I have pushed harder on maintenance clauses? What do others at Kohinoor actually pay monthly and what's included?
Is Kohinoor Apartment genuinely good to live in daily? I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. At ₹1.55 Cr, are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? What's the community vibe?
Just got possession of my unit at Kohinoor Apartment a couple months back. The listed price was ₹1.55 Cr. My hack? Don't just trust broker estimates for rental yield. I spoke to actual tenants in nearby buildings to see what 2BHKs are really fetching. It's less than advertised, but decent. Now I'm worried about resale liquidity. How quickly do units move here? Any tips on assessing the true secondary market beyond online listings? Hope this helps someone.
Just did a deep dive into Kohinoor Apartment in New Delhi. Price ₹1.55 Cr, which is quite a bit. Fed up of renting, so thinking investment. Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Has its price moved much since launch? And rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain monthly? Don't want my money stuck. Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai, will it be easy to exit after few years? Any insights on its real ROI potential? Thanks, yaar.
