Did a site visit to Krishna Aprameya Horizon last week. The prices are around ₹35L for 2BHK. I'm in real estate, but buying for self is different, not sure about its actual resale potential. Builder ka track record kaisa hai Ghaziabad mein? Long term capital appreciation ke liye sahi hai kya, ya ghost society ban jayegi?
8 months delay in Krishna Aprameya Horizon possession really hurt my initial ROI. Builder's delivery track record seems inconsistent. Did anyone else face similar issues? How did it impact your rental yield?
Okay I'll say what no one says about Krishna Aprameya Horizon: Everyone glorifies the price point for a 2BHK around ₹35-40L, but nobody talks about the actual carpet area. Honestly, the layouts feel so cramped for that cost. Is it just me, or do you guys also feel the usable space is tiny? My parents keep saying 'Ghaziabad mein itna hi milega', but I don't want to feel suffocated. Does anyone actually live comfortably there? Or is it all just good on paper with fancy brochures? Change my mind.
Okay, I'll say what no one says about Krishna Aprameya Horizon. Moved in a couple months back, and honestly, brochure amenities are mostly dikhawa. Swimming pool theek hai, but the 'gym' is a joke. Kids' play area achha hai, but society vibe feels thoda isolated. Daily convenience is good, schools are nearby. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe achha lagta hai? Change my mind.
