Krishna Kunj jaise projects mein amenities ka kya scene hai for investors? 3BHK/villa upgrade kar raha hoon. Promised amenities actually deliver karte hain, ya bas maintenance charges badhate hain? Resale/rentability pe kitna farak padta hai?

Been paying rent for almost a decade now and I'm honestly fed up of it. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge to buy something in Ghaziabad, looking at places like Krishna Kunj. But yaar, I'm hearing so much about construction quality issues. People say after a year, cracks dikhne lagte hain, seepage problems. And amenities ka toh bas naam hai, like the clubhouse is a ghost facility, not maintained properly. Maintenance charges itne high hain but service bilkul nahi. Is this a common issue everywhere, or should I be super careful with specific projects? Any Krishna Kunj residents here? What's your experience with actual usability of amenities and the build quality after a few years? Should I be worried about these hidden costs and poor upkeep?

Everyone glorifies Krishna Kunj, but amenities are just for show. Possession mila par pool abhi tak functional nahi. Clubhouse bhi bas naam ka hai. Community vibe missing hai. Daily convenience hai, par real livability pe doubt. Change my mind.
