Krisumi Waterfall Suites

Since last year, we've been seriously checking out Gurugram for a bigger 3BHK flat for our growing family. Krisumi Waterfall Suites is on our radar. My wife's main concern is kids' school safety and actual usable amenities. My hack: visit the area during school rush hours to gauge the real neighborhood vibe and commute. Are Krisumi's amenities truly beneficial for daily family life?

Under-construction projects get a bad rap, but honestly, I'm eyeing Krisumi Waterfall Suites and thinking it's time to take the plunge. I'm so fed up of renting, yaar. My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally serious about buying. This Krisumi project looks good on paper, nice amenities and all, but is it genuinely good to live in daily? Matlab, are the amenities actually usable ya fir sirf show-off ke liye hain? Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai wahan ka? Schools, markets, daily convenience — is it all sorted or will it be a headache? I'm worried about buying into hype. I just want a good home, not just an investment. ₹1.71 Cr is a big EMI for me. So, is Krisumi worth it for a first-time buyer like me? Change my mind if you think I'm wrong.
