Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab bas project choose karna hai. Fed up of renting yaar, finally taking the plunge. I'm seriously considering Lamba Floors Rohini Sector 25, it's ready-to-move which is a big plus. But I'm worried about the actual living experience. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf brochure pe acha lagta hai? Specifically, I'm looking at a 2BHK. The price range is wide, so for something around ₹70-80L, what's the carpet area like? Does it feel cramped, ya well-designed hai? I saw some layouts online, but pictures can be misleading. Neighborhood quality bhi important hai. Rohini Sector 25 mein schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Daily convenience ke liye kaisa hai? Logon ka kya experience raha hai after moving in? Does it feel like a real home or just a flat? Your honest opinions would be great.
I've seen so many projects, but Lamba Floors Rohini Sector 25 ka real capital appreciation kitna hai? Honestly, I'm looking for a solid investment, not just a place. Resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Broker quotes pe bharosa nahi, I need ground reality.
Lamba Floors Rohini Sector 25 feels overpriced for what it actually offers. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South Delhi and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK/villa, already have a home loan. The 'ready to move' tag is appealing, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Everyone glorifies the convenience, but are the amenities like the gym or play areas actually usable, or just for show? I'm worried about the actual quality of life. What's the neighbourhood quality like? Are good schools and hospitals really nearby, or just "on paper"? Honestly, not sure if that ~₹1.5-2 Cr jump for a 3BHK is worth it for the real daily experience. Disagree? Tell me why.
