Came across this video about Lodha One Pune. It shows those super luxury residences, like the 6000 sqft ones starting at 25 Cr. Amenities look great too. But honestly, I'm trying to figure out Lodha Group's reputation in Pune. Does anyone here have experience with their past projects? How's their construction quality and delivery timelines generally? The actual community feel in an under-construction project is a huge gamble. My wife and I are upgrading to a 3BHK for our growing family, and we're really torn between Lodha Kharadi Phase I Tower 5 and Arma Cavansite Phase 2. Both are ongoing, which makes it tough to gauge the future society vibe. For us, school admissions for the kids and overall safety are huge priorities. Arma Cavansite seems promising for school access, but I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio there. Could it end up feeling like a ghost society, especially for families? Lodha Kharadi feels more established, but Kharadi is getting super dense. Are the security features genuinely robust in both places? We need a place that’s truly safe for children and fosters a good community. Any parents here with ground reality insights on either project, especially regarding social infrastructure and the kind of residents you see moving in? Your experiences would be super helpful.

Lodha Kharadi's amenity claims are a total eyewash, I'm so frustrated. Just moved into Phase I, Tower 5 last month. Brochure mein pool aur gym kaafi bada dikhaya tha, lekin reality mein it's so small and basic. Honestly, things nobody told me until possession. Plus, maintenance charges are way higher than what was shown initially. Yeh hidden costs ka kya scene hai yaar? Anyone else faced this with Lodha Kharadi? What did you do?
