Everyone glorifies Greater Noida's future, but for a completed project, is the rental yield actual mein worth the investment? I'm fed up of renting, want to build equity, but will I find a buyer for resale easily in 5 years? Or will it just be a ghost society with mostly investors? Change my mind.

Lotus Greens Isle – everyone talks about its location, but what's the actual ground reality? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different; I see through the marketing spin. Visited Lotus Greens Isle last Sunday, aur honestly location achhi lagi. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan. Brys Vega Tower seems way more realistic. Who actually pays 14 cr in Noida? Carpet area in Lotus Greens better be HUGE for that price. What's the resale value like?
