Lotus Zing amenities are overrated for the price

₹90 lakh for a 3BHK at Lotus Zing — is that price justified? Everyone glorifies its 'community vibe' but I'm not sure. Are the amenities actually useful daily, ya just for show? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Is the real livability worth this premium? Change my mind.
