Maintenance charges in Gurgaon are an absolute rip-off sometimes. M3M Royal Regalia mein kya scene hai? Amenities ke liye pay karte hain, par clubhouse, kids play area daily use hota bhi hai kya? Worth it?

M3M Royal Regalia — I'm seriously considering a 3BHK here for my family. My wife's main priority is a safe, usable children's play area and good overall amenities for the kids. Brochure mein toh sab kuch bada sahi lagta hai, but actual delivery mein kitna farak hota hai? Jo promised amenities hain, especially the clubhouse and kids' zones, are they really functional, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Aur maintenance charges ke against service quality kaisi hai? Please share your experience, especially if you have young kids. Should I go for it?
