India's First Real Estate Community

Been looking for investment properties in Bengaluru for months now from Dubai. It's tough not being on the ground, relies so much on community insights. I'm specifically looking at Mahaveer Carnation, the completed project. Price range seems okay, but I'm trying to gauge its investor potential. What's the actual capital appreciation been like since its launch? I heard it's completed, so wondering if there's still much upside or if the appreciation has mostly happened already. More importantly, what's a realistic rental yield one can expect there? I'd need a property manager, so factor that in. Also, thinking long-term, how liquid is the resale market for Mahaveer Carnation? Will it be easy to offload in 5-7 years if needed? Any experience with the builder's track record for older projects would also help. Just want to make sure it's a solid, low-headache investment.
₹88.94 L for Mahaveer Carnation vs ₹41.20 L for GR Gardenia — this price difference isn't just about carpet area, right? I work in real estate, but for my own buy, total cost of ownership matters a lot. What about stamp duty, registration, and other hidden charges in both? Also, for 5-year appreciation, kaunsa project better investment hai? GR Gardenia value for money lag raha hai, but Mahaveer Carnation ki location ka kya?
Is Mahaveer Carnation genuinely a good place to live for an older couple, or just looks good on brochures? Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for something manageable, you know, with good society and easy access. We visited Mahaveer Carnation, it's completed, which is a plus. The price range (around 90L-1.1Cr for a 2BHK) fits our budget after our resale. But I'm worried about the actual daily life there. Is the neighbourhood quiet enough? We really need a good hospital nearby, and what's the community like? Is it friendly or very isolated? Don't want to regret moving from our current home. Any current residents can share their experience on livability and maintenance costs?
